I've been in the window treatment business since I was 19 years old. In college, I worked at JC Penny's custom drapery department and fell in love with window treatments. I followed that passion and started Uptown Drapes with my husband 15 years ago. From what started in my basement, has turned into a successful business with wonderful clients all over the country. I could not do this without my amazing team full of family members and other employees that have become like family. As founder of Uptown Drapes, I've spent many years as a window treatment specialist going into clients homes and helping them customize drapes and romans. I wanted to bring my expertise, knowledge, and custom made products into everyone's home no matter where they are located. My team and I have hand selected all of our fabrics and rods to create a line that is current, stylish, and the best quality. We have created this design process to be fun, easy, and timeless!
