Since we custom stitch every drapery and roman to fit your style and window measurements, we do not accept returns. Custom orders are placed for production within 24 hours of order placement and are built to your specifications. If you choose to cancel your order, you must do so with in that 24 hour period via email (email@example.com). Please include order information in email. Once your order is delivered, order returns due to customer preference cannot be accepted.
Flawed or damaged goods
If for any reason there are flaws or defects of the fabrics, mechanics or workmanship of your window treatments, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with in 15 days of delivery. We want you to be completely happy with your product. We will do our best to fix these issues as long as we have proof of issue. Send photos of said flaws or defects so we know how to best help. Please know that colors vary from dye lot to dye lot, and may not exactly match previous purchases. We are not held accountable for normal wear and tear (i.e. normal fading from sunlight, loss of color intensity, damage from insects or pets.), alterations, accidents, or exposure to the elements.
Order Processing and Lead Times
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. Because our products are all completely custom, items are not produced until you place your order. Once your order is complete our workroom sends them for a quality check and then they are shipped directly to you (excluding P.O. Boxes). Items typically ship within 3-4 weeks unless otherwise noted. There are times when there are backorders on fabric which can cause delays, unfortunately we have no control over those and are not responsible for the late arrival of those items.
Our products will be delivered via standard ground services (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) All Drapery, Hardware and Roman Shades within the Contiguous U.S. are shipped standard ground services (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). We do not provide Rush Shipping at this time. Fabric Samples are shipped via USPS.
